Suspend mining if the user stops interacting with the page for an extended duration.
If someone decides to enable Caffeine and leave the browser window open with Toxic Swamp mining – or maybe they’re just a really, really, really slow reader or watching a movie in an overlay dialog – there’s no reason we should be doing this.
