#12 Throttle Control Not Visible on Firefox

A throttle control to control was added in beta.5 (see #4)to allow users to override the 30% capacity default governor. This throttle does not appear in Firefox. We’re going to need to use some CSS hacks to make it appear with vertical orientation until the Web is ready for the orient attribute.
